The one thing they all have in common is that they seek to challenge the status quo, are imaginative and have the ability to offer a fresh perspective.Mission:Front Support :Remediations :be responsible to tackle and ensure progress of all remediations in coordination and collaboration with front peopleCoordinate action points with relevant players / EAMs, ensuring the timely delivery of resultsEnsure engagement and tracking of progress to support senior managementAbility to identify lacks in processes and procedures and solve them by putting solutions in placeEnsure all changes or innovations are documented and understood by front RMs and/or EAMsSupport, assist and stay close to the Market Heads and their respective teams to help them to improve the process and the quality of servicesBring knowledge to the front and/or to EAMs through trainings or other supportsFinancialsSupport front people for any question on financial mattersWork-out analysis when required and report to ManagementAct as an entry point dealing with EAM’s and front needsBusiness model & projectsPropose and implement solutions to increase efficiency within front activitiesOperational process related to our EAM business : increase efficiency and raise awareness about processes to be followedParticipation to the management of projects : coordinate, analyse, propose, challenge and be responsible for deliveries in due timeConcrete follow-up of decisions and implementationsDesired Profile :Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically Excel and AccessExcellent knowledge of Operations processes, minimum 5 years’ experience in banking / operationsKnowledge and experience in project management is an advantageFluent in French and English, any other language is a plusAbility to deal with stakeholders at all levelsFlexible and dynamic working across a diverse suite of subject matters, with multiple stakeholdersTeam player, proactive and independent in carrying out the assigned activities;If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
